Installer Jobs at Frosty Coatings

The job

Coatings work, done properly, on a crew that is not a revolving door.

You are grinding and prepping concrete, repairing cracks, and installing epoxy and polyaspartic systems in garages, patios and commercial spaces. Most jobs are one day. Bigger ones are two. Crews leave the shop early, and the day ends when the job is done right.

Around 10 jobs a week across the team, so the schedule is full and steady
Local work from Hollywood up to Jupiter. No long travel and no overnight jobs
Lead installers run the crew and own the job. Helpers learn the system properly
W2 or 1099, whichever suits you. We are flexible on that for the right person

What you need

Straight list. If you tick these, apply.

We would rather be blunt about it now than waste your time on a phone call.

Real coatings experience. This is not a train from zero role
A valid Florida driver's license
Able to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in the Florida heat all day
Able to start by 6:30 AM and stay until the job is finished, including some Saturdays
Legally able to work in the US, and able to communicate in English on site

You do not need to own a vehicle, and you do not need a truck that can tow. We ask about both because they help, but neither one is a dealbreaker. The license is.
